My passion for physical fitness began at an early age. In high school, I played soccer and later became a three season captain, running cross country, winter and spring track. I carried my love of running and fitness to The Citadel, where I earned a four year ROTC scholarship from the Marine Corps. After graduating in 2006 with a degree in Physical Education: Health and Wellness, I served four years active duty, as a Marine Corps officer.

I now have the joy of being a certified personal trainer, and help people in the gym and in their homes reach their fitness goals. I can help you too! I work with a variety of clients, of all ages and abilities. I take a methodical yet flexible approach to my clients' custom program design, which yields results. The benefits of physical exercise and healthy nutritional choices are remarkable. The rewards are more than just physical; they can change your whole life! How would you feel with less body fat, more stamina, heightened energy, increased flexibility, greater strength, and a fantastic sense of well-being? I would love to take you there!
